A very soft, touching and emotional portrait. I appreciate how natural the subject looks and how you can still see her face and what she might be pondering.
The angle and the grey scale in this image is perfect. You use the darkest blacks and the whitest whites. The gain is not too much and is done just right to make the overall look very soft.
There are a few things that I am going to suggest that could make the image look more "clean".
There is something that looks like a white thread right by her hand and what looks like a hair tie on her wrist. what I usually do with my models is I always look at their wrists if there is a hair tie or something there and I get them to take it off. As for the white thread, I cannot help but continue to look at it, it would be best to edit it out just so the viewer can keep admiring the beautiful subject without distraction.
Other than that, this is a very beautiful sensitive piece, just watch out for those hair ties!
